19.30 at Peppard War Memorial Hall
The purpose of the Peppard Unplugged evenings is to enjoy musicians performing for their friends and guests in an informal atmosphere. A relaxed evening of all sorts of acoustic music. We would like to hear from you if you would like to perform. Contact: 0118 972 3609. All money raised is going towards our funds for replacing the hall roof. Music Evenings Saturdays from 19.30

Taster Sessions at 14.00
The sessions will cover the basic game including the full swing, pitching/chipping and putting.  Each session will involve all aspects so come along for one session or join us for all three! ‘Beating the Bounds’

In time honoured fashion the annual event of the Rotherfield Peppard Beating the Bounds will take place this Rogation Sunday 6st May at 2pm, starting and finishing from All Saints’ Church, Church Lane, RG9 5JN. We will walk part of the north and east boundaries of Peppard, about three miles. Hazel wands will be provided to beat the bounds. The Rector, The Revd James Stickings will send us off with a blessing. Do please come and join us for a lovely family walk in our great countryside.

11.00 A hilly walk via Highmoor to Crocker End, then Warburg Nature Reserve and back via Bix Bottom then Greys Court to view the bluebells. Bring a picnic lunch, homemade cakes and tea (small charge) at the end. Dogs not permitted in the hall.  9.5 miles.  Contact IM tel: 01491 575842

WalkWithMe is a 26 mile walk along a section of the beautiful Ridgeway in Oxfordshire, starting and finishing at Moulsford School, Moulsford-on-Thames. Half of the funds raised at this event will be donated to Sue Ryder Nettlebed.

he Conservators of Nettlebed and District Commons would like to invite you  to their Annual Meeting to be held at Nettlebed Community Hall commencing at 19.00. The programme for the evening will include: A Brief Update presented by our Chairman Peter Allport on the progress made in 2017 and objectives for 2018 and beyond.
Caring for the Chilterns and the Kingwood Common Partnership – A talk given by our guest speaker Gavin Johnson the Head of Conservation and Development at the Chiltern Society. Supper provided by the Conservators, with complimentary wine and soft drinks, which have kindly been donated. We regret we are unable to accept goods on the day of a sale or the day before. Volunteers are always welcome to help sort and allocate donated goods and to assist with sales every day of the week

An afternoon & evening of activities starting at 15.00 on Peppard Top Common.  With a Bar, BBQ, Pimm’s bar, live music, school children singing, children’s tag-rugby competition, inflatable slide and more…. with a large TV screen to watch the wedding and the FA Cup Final. We’re really excited to be hosting this Knockout Team Challenge at Nettlebed Hospice. Run by local company Ginger Goose Events, the day will see teams compete on a giant inflatable obstacle course to be crowned champions! With a range of food stalls and a lunchtime kids challenge, a fun day out for the whole family is in store.
