New Countywide Volunteering Website Launches!

Oxfordshire Volunteers (oxonvolunteers.org) is a brand new countywide volunteering website designed to link you with your perfect volunteering opportunity! Whether it’s a regular weekly slot or a one-off opportunity, you’ll find them all on the website. You might even want to apply for a position on a trustee board, helping to manage a local charity that you are passionate about. The website is great for groups too, who at last have one central place on the web to advertise their wonderful opportunities.

What do you need to do?

If you are a volunteer: go to oxonvolunteers.org, register yourself using the blue ‘Try Volunteering’ button and start searching for opportunities. It’s as simple as that!

If you are an organisation: use the ‘Need Volunteers’ button to register as a provider and start posting your opportunities!

This site is run as a partnership by Oxfordshire’s three Volunteer Centres, funded by Oxfordshire County Council, Oxfordshire City Council and Cherwell District Council.

I hope this will be a useful resource to the people in your community.
